Connecting People

so , today i woke up like really early for some reason . i didnt have anything to do but study , so i figured why not take some time out from my studies. as i was scrolling through the net on photography, i stumbled upon product shoots :) so i figured i might try taking a photo of my nokia 5800 XpressMusic.. and the rest is history :D

because my father took all my gear away .. i didnt have my speedlites to do this shoot.. so what i did was this...

- Tanner Tripod
- Nikon D90
- Nikkor 28 - 80mm 3.5 - 5.6
- a table lamp
- an emercency torchlight
- A3 plain paper
- A4 plain paper
- and finally , the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic itself



.. after two hours of shooting trying to get the lighting correct..

and after 45 minutes of editing (sharpening , played around with the curves , rendered some light effects) and creating the background to sort of copy Nokia's original XM advertisements..



this is the final product :)
